Hellene Barillas is the proud owner and founder of Personalized Touch, a business she launched in 2016 with a passion for providing high-quality uniforms, promotional products, and embroidery services to both small and large businesses. Starting from her home office, Hellene spent the first four years building relationships and perfecting her craft before expanding the business into a physical location in McKinney in 2020. Her dedication to quality, service, and community has shaped Personalized Touch into the thriving business it is today.

As a wife to her husband, Kenneth Emilio, for over 23 years, and mother to three daughters, Hellene understands the importance of balancing work, family, and community. When she’s not working, you can find Hellene and her family enjoying time together at hockey rinks, visiting local museums, or volunteering at area non-profits.

Hellene is a proud graduate of the Leadership McKinney Class of 2024 and is deeply committed to giving back to the community. In 2024, she was honored with a nomination for Volunteer of the Year, after dedicating over 600 hours of volunteer work in the previous year alone. She is an active member of three non-profit boards, and her business has allowed her to connect with and serve many individuals and organizations in McKinney and beyond.
